Industria designed and crafted beautiful and engaging holiday installations – as visitors stepped into the winter wonderland, they discovered YSL Beauty’s fragrance icons: LIBRE, MYSLF, Y and BLACK OPIUM. Offering the ultimate immersive beauty experience, consumers could receive complimentary makeup sessions and touch-ups at the YSL Beauty pop-up. This allowed for a multifaceted user experience that offered various branded touchpoints to immerse oneself in the world of YSL Beauty. Further elevating the holiday gifting experience, consumers also received customized YSL Beauty holiday cards featuring hand-calligraphed messages to friends or loved ones on select days. This was available exclusively with a YSL purchase at Westfield YSL Beauty retailers.
Our holiday pop-up was a success through its tactile, personalized moments that afforded visitors sensorial experiences to engage with YSL Beauty during a crucial selling period for the brand. The activation saw constant foot traffic and frequent purchases, as well as social media engagement.
