VIP and Consumer Pop-up

Capturing the spirit of NYFW—and the attention of attendees and media—the pop-up promoted YSL Beauty’s new Candy Glaze lipstick with a two-story candy emporium. Designed to encourage tactile moments with the product, the YSL Beauty Candy Shoppe was an immersive content factory. Wrapped in the setting of a functioning candy store, the pop-up featured everything from candy displays with product integration to functioning candy dispensers filled with Candy Glaze – all offering an engaging connective experience.

For the opening celebration, we executed an exclusive VIP and media preview, unveiling the Candy Shoppe to select invitees and beauty creators. The event afforded guests a first look at the pop-up and opportunities to engage with various activations. Guests participated in multiple interactive stations, including personal lip readings, handcrafted confections, product personalization such as engraving, claw machines dispensing YSL Beauty products and more.

Guests were also treated to an intimate stage performance by Jack Harlow, who brought unmatched energy to the evening. The following day, the Candy Shoppe opened its doors to the public. Lines wrapped around the block as early as 7:00 a.m. A truck outside treated those waiting to order custom YSL Beauty hot chocolate. Thousands of guests visited the pop-up, kicking off NYFW in the sweetest way.
